I agree to coordinate payment directly with any students who engage me for tutoring. elleSAT will not handle payments or manage disputes between students and tutors.

I agree to comply with all LSAC policies regarding the use of official LSAT materials. I am responsible for monitoring relevant policies and assuring my compliance with these policies.

I understand that I am personally responsible for complying with any tax, visa, or other responsibilities arising from my self-employment as an independent tutor.

I understand that elleSAT will not have any knowledge of my income or contact with students as a result of this referral program unless I or the student choose to disclose to elleSAT that we have worked together.

I will not sell or otherwise distribute student information collected as a result of my inclusion in this directory.
